We spend time ensuring we teach our children many things but there's something we don't always make very important. Sleep.....
Claim: Getting more sleep will help you shed pounds.
Skip: It's true that lack of Zs can cause overeating and missed workouts, but if you already get adequate amounts of shut-eye, hitting the snooze button won't burn off that leftover pumpkin pie.
